I understand where you are coming form with Jones.  I like Stidham, but feel like comparing the tape, Jones is a better NFL Talent.  I could be wrong, but he screams of a guy that fits Taylor's scheme.  

To offset the initial learning curve for Jones, I brought in Mannion who is familiar with Taylor and he could provide a bridge to Jones as well as some mentoring.  As much as I hate to say this, I don't know if this team even with a strong draft can compete this year.  I think we are a year away.
