To offset the initial learning curve for Jones, I brought in Mannion who is familiar with Taylor and he could provide a bridge to Jones as well as some mentoring.  As much as I hate to say this, I don't know if this team even with a strong draft can compete this year.  I think we are a year away.

I think Jones is very good.  I do not know Mannion well.  I think if Dalton goes, Green should be traded as well.  I know Many will hate me for saying this.
