The linked article says he played well at RT for the Falcons and their FO was comfortable with him as the starting RT for this year, but it wouldn't stop them from taking an OT high in the draft. They wound up nabbing McGary, which would potentially make him expendable.

I would say he probably falls into that realm of serviceable starter/quality backup.
A 67 would be our best offensive lineman.
