Right. And college coaches...and watch tape, etc.
The problem with build through the draft is 1st Round picks may have a 40% chance of being good. So you have an issue, you draft a guy in the 1st Round...40% it's solved.
OR) Do you sign a free agent who you know can play well against NFL talent?
