Bengals should do the following...

Bring Garret in as Special Assistant Offensive and Wade Philips as Special Assistant Defensive. These two would be the eyes and ears to the OC and DC and help Taylor out with HC duties as well. Imagine having two prior HC on staff to help out Taylor.
