Absolutely, and the Bengals really hold all the cards here....if he won't sign a deal like that, he gets tagged.  If a team wants to sign him at that point, Cincy gets something ridiculous like two first round picks.  No one is offering that for AJ Green.  Not even pinhead Dan Snyder.
