Secondly, if he was showing symptoms on March 17 then he was likely already carrying the virus March 13th when he was on the facility (although anyone contracting it from him would be displaying symptoms by now).

The scariest part of this is that a good percentage of people aren’t affected by this at all and never show any symptoms... but are still able to spread it to others who aren’t as fortunate.
