I respect the level of over the top sarcasm of this post. However, any of it being serious doesn't earn any kudos. Some of the points have some merit, I guess, but we don't live in a perfect world.
For instance, #1, #4 and #6 leave me slightly concerned, but certainly not things that can't be overcome.
