You are who you are in this league pretty much from week-to-week and a team is defined that way. That old adage that a team is never as good/bad as it plays is true as most games come down to less than a handful of plays and/or penalties. The inconsistencies of these officials really narrows the gap even more. 2-3 calls/ missed plays by inches and they easily could be 3-1.
