Considering the 4 expansion teams from the last 25 years (Panthers, Jaguars, Browns, and Texans) averaged 7.5 wins in their 2nd year in existance, I think that's a pretty realitstic expectation.
If he wins less than 7 games this season then it's a failure. If he wins less than 5 games then he should, no question, be fired.
