lol i hate carrot cake mainly cause my grandma kept telling me it was spice cake.

I only emphasized the point because it is an extremely complicated cake, and she even made her own butterscotch for it, which is what made it so fantastic. 

My Dad and I both asked for this cake for our birthdays throughout my youth.  I think she got sick of making 2 a year until I went to college.  lol
