Foster's Combine Drama

Bama's Reuben Foster, a potential top-10 pick, is being sent home from combine for heated argument with a hospital worker, sources tell ESPN

Not sure what the deal is here, but I wonder if this will affect his draft status in any way whatsoever.

Way to ace to biggest job interview you'll ever have.

Wow. You have to get pretty "heated" for them to send you home. Trying to think of the last football player I knew that got into it with a health worker and made the news???

Mike Williams will probably have a slow 40. Corey Davis may not have a 40 time at all and had surgery on a couple ankle ligaments.

Top 10 is changing.

Affect draft status? Absolutely!

Now there's a big question mark hovering over his head. Teams won't spend a high pick on a question mark.

Still, absent of any significant detail. Would like to know what the dispute was over, and how it escalated to the point of dismissing him. He is one that has 'possibilities'.
Some say you can place your ear next to his, and hear the ocean ....

Prostate exam gone wrong?

Maybe he didn't like a medical diagnosis that could cost him millions.

Im sure it was part of some sort of mental or anger test. This link is an example of the testing. Maybe he just needed a hug.

Yes, the lack of details is a bit riling, allowing people to speculate all sorts of crazy ideas.  Was he at the hospital being looked at for an injury?  Did she give him the news that his drug screen came back dirty?

This is about the most "detail" that I can find.

[quoteA day before taking center stage at the NFL combine, former Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster is reportedly being sent home.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Foster had a "heated argument with a hospital worker," leading to his dismissal from the massive NFL job interview. Foster was scheduled to do media interviews, psychological tests and attend an NFLPA meeting.
Linebackers had medical testing on the itinerary Friday, though the incident reportedly occurred Thursday, NFL Draft Scout reported.
Schefter later reported an NFL spokesman confirmed Foster was being sent home for "personal reasons." This is believed to be among the first times a player was dismissed from the combine.

Medical examinations of NFL combine players take place at  IU Health Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis.
The unanimous All-American won the Butkus Award as the nation's top linebacker. He led the team with 115 tackles, 13 for loss including five sacks.
Foster came to Alabama as a five-star recruit who blossomed as a star in 2015. He worked himself into the nation's best middle linebacker as a senior after taking control of the defense when Reggie Ragland graduated.
This week's news makes the March 8 pro day in Tuscaloosa a crucial opportunity to earn back points lost in Indianapolis.][/quote]

Draft him after the massive drop. Lev Bell won't want any part of trying to run through him and Burfict. Couple of maniacs. I like it.

Skip him in the first, take him in the 2nd if he is there.

This is terrible news for him and his stock will drop big league. If you act like an ass when your suppose to be on best behavior what will you do when your drinking at a club after a game.

There's some good ol' asshole behavior right there, though being an asshole might be a plus for a LB.  Lots of them have been.  LB's are often angry guys.
