Well looks like the Pens are Stanley Cup Champions for back to back seasons. Something that hasn't been done since the late 90s by the Red Wings. Of course not without a little help from the earliest whistle in the history of sports.

The only city to accumulate championships with asterisks in 2 different major sports....the steelers *win over the seahawks, and the penguins *win over the predators. I guess that's something.
