Yep. Apparently all the morally superior guys around here who accuse me of being "okay with hitting a woman" have no problem with driving drunk.

Give mixon a chance, he wont make a mistake again. he doesnt drink or smoke either which is the hardest part for college players usually.

I agree. If he stays healthy he is going to have a really nice career in the league. I'm glad he has a chance to do it in Cincinnati.

Its funny how much coverage and hating he is getting. Its almost like he was the only guy drafted who ever did something regrettable.

Either get on board or don't just stop whining about it and switch teams if your morality can't handle it.

"When winning means everything, winning means nothing". Most people have a line that is too much to cross, everyone's line is different though. Maybe MB loves the movie the Longest Yard and is building a new Mean Machine. Hopefully this killed just pulled a classless, thuggish and cowardly move and isn't a genuine piece of chit... time will tell.

Not a judgement here just a question and then a suggestion..
1. What is the difference between Joe Mixon and Ray Rice situation?
2. Please maintain a distance between Joe and PacMan after hours......

1. One was a young man (17) and one was an adult.
2. One was called a racial slur, pushed and slapped.
3. One was 3 years ago and he has no incidents since (tearing up a parking ticket happens all the time and not a criminal act).
4. One was already employed by the NFL and the other still in school.
But, to answer your question, both deserve forgiveness. As for their future careers, 1 is 21 and his football future is ahead of him. The other's football career had already been on decline for 2 years and it was questionable if he was done physically to perform at the NFL level.
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

I'm totally over losing, and if Mixon gives us a better chance to win, then I'm all for it.

Im so tired of talking about this. plain and simple this was an isolated incident that happened 3 years ago and he has lived clean ever since. He earned his second chance asking him the same question 1 million times will never change anything. its just wasting everyones time.

There is only one thing worse than having Joe Mixon on the Bengals' roster: Having him on someone else's roster.

Joe hit a stranger. Rice hit the person he is supposed to love more than anyone else.
But Rice would still be playing if it had not looked like his skills were dimishing. If he was still young and healthy he would be playing just like Greg Hardy and Adrian Peterson.

Did someone sign Hardy? I thought he was playing in some semipro side circus league. Talented guy, but so crazy he's just not worth it.
