Especially when my guys have been underperforming all year and i've only been winning by sheer luck in my weekly matchups.
Your team is very strong. Probably the strongest team in the league, so adding to that lead helps tremendously, from my end. When we drafted i was very happy with my team. Then the injuries started and i was forced to start making trades out the wazoo. Now i'm just hoping that someone, anyone, other than Hurts can put up some solid consistent numbers.
Mixon had a big night for me.
I won't say I have the strongest team in the league, but I will say it's the best team I've ever had in this league. Somebody said picking 7th would be lucky for me. It was. I got a WR in Round One in Jefferson. I took Josh Allen in Round Two because he puts up Fantasy Points each year. and my teams haven't. Finally in Round Three I took a RB and Joe Mixon was still there. In Round Four I got WR- Devonte Smith, and in Round Five I got RB- Montgomery. Bad picks in 6 and 7, especially Dallas Defense. However in Round 8 RB-Chase Brown and in Round Nine WR- Jayden Reed. The rest of draft not so good, but 7 good draft picks. I had some luck with Free Agency. So this is the best team I've ever had, to get Jefferson, Josh Allen, Joe Mixon in the first 3 rounds.
That said, whoever gets hot will win the play-offs in this League. I'll just be happy if I make play-offs after being a last place team. I also said beware of Ocho Cinco team, and he pulled off a win this week. I've been in last, and you get mad in last, and you want to beat some top teams, and Ocho just did. He's probably now thinking if he can win 2 games, he can win 5 games and end on a winning streak. All 12 teams are Tough Teams.
Your team Made You Cry is still in First Place to get a Bye Week in play-offs, which would be nice, considering Round One in this years play-offs is going to be rough, all tough teams.

Week 12 has arrived. I have my starting QB, RB, two WRs, and TE on bye week. Kermit's Nose Kandy might be getting a free win this week.

GG.
Speaking of putting up fantasy points...every week it seems, we have multiple teams putting up 130+ and here i am not even hitting 115 in any single game this year.

Man, Pacheco doesn't get cleared to play until Saturday at the earliest. Hall is on a bye . I could play both Chubb and Harris .I don't wanna play either...Lol...
I reckon I will roll Harris out there..sux! Leaves me with Irving for rb2 on Sunday.

Because of byes, i threw Chubb in both my work leagues. Worked out pretty well this time.

I was texting with a lifelong friend of mine from Ohio last night. She's a lifelong Browns fan. I told her that I thought that Chubb was going to score. His knee injury happened at home against Pitt last season. The game script was leaning heavily in his favor.
Wtbs, it's FF, so of course I "chose poorly".

A little side note:
Something is off about defensive scoring. Pitt had 2 fumble recoveries, a pick and a sack, give up 24 pts and they only score 7 pts?
I have them in my nfl.com league and they scored 10 there.

I know. Fun times. I'm waiting to see if i chose poorly again. I was listening to pregame on the way home from the gym last night and they were talking up the Pitt run game big time, talking about how much the Browns give up on the ground and i gave serious consideration to putting Warren in, instead of Rashaad White. I withstood the urge but then he had a decent game. Now i have to wait for White to see if i rue the day again...

Only 3 points off. We are playing by Yahoo rosters and rules and it's made for most teams to be in The Hunt. Yahoo not off from your other league that much, 3 points.
Anyway, I made a change on my Josh Allen bye week QB this week. I've had Sam Darnold for week 12, but Tua became available to use my #3 waiver spot on. Darnold at Chicago Bears Defense and Tua at home in Miami against Patriots Defense. Darnold has been on the down slide and Tua back from injury is getting hot. In draft, I certainly would have taken Tua over Darnold. I pulled the trigger on this move. Yahoo has Bob Jones scoring 110 and I was under 100, but now up to 107 with a few moves. Over the seasons I still have worst ranking of all 12 players. I'm doing everything to make my first play-offs. A win over Bob Jones puts me at 8-4 on the season, but it won't be easy. Yahoo has us at 110 to 107 in his favor, the highest scoring match-up projection of the week. Adding Tua moved me up to 107. If I get to 8-4, it will be worth using that #3 waiver spot on, Tua replacing Josh Allen, not Sam Darnold. Tua at home and Darnold on the road played into it. The Bears Defense at home and Chicago wind factored in against Darnold. This could backfire, but playing the percentages, I had to go with Tua at Home in what could be vacation weather Miami. Also Darnold has not been hitting Jefferson as other Vikings QB's, but Tua has hit Hill big time over the years, they have the timing connection.

My QB goes down mid-week. There's one QB available worth rostering. I look at the other teams rosters and NONE of them NEED a QB. I pick up Caleb Williams mid-week for one reason and one reason only; I knew that "Churn BB Churn" was in front of me on the waiver wire. The guy he cut threw it damn near 40 times last week.
Blah, blah, blah, you screwed me, and how! See ya next week.

Not my week. Tua did great, that was a good add on. Jefferson only having 1 catch for 7 yards hurt. My #1 pick put up 1 lousy point. So instead of moving to 8 wins and very good on play-offs, I stay at 7 wins hoping my players do better next week. Tua did a great job in for bye week Josh Allen, not his fault.

I was halfway through a post complaining about my WRs when Scarey Terry scores an 80+ yard TD with 30 second left.

Just need my QB to play Dallas every week.

Dallas being this bad on defense all year is pretty crazy, expected better from Zimmer. They won but still a disappointing season for that defense.
Helped both of us today though
