So no, that's not about right for a #2 WR. Jones was paid #1 money and was signed to replace Calvin Johnson. He's been a flop. Yeah, we were better when we had Jones, but that's more due to the fact that (a) aside from Jones, we've had crappy #2 WRs and (b) our line was much better when Marvin was a Bengal.

If you replace Marvin with Laffell last season were in the playoffs. You Replace Marvin with Lafell and Replace Ced with Whitworth this season we are the favorites to win the championship this season. Maybe your right Marvin is over paid but then again it's not like the Bengals couldn't have afforded to sign him last year plus they don't mind overpaying Kirk, pacman, Minter, or V.Rey. Hell we overspended on Leon Hall when he had two Achilles tears during his last season here.
