Bleacher Report Scouts Say we have a bottom 5 OT and Center
#41
If the Cincinnati Bengals get a new head coach it will probably mean the end of the Dalton era. Although I do not think the Andy Dalton is the problem it would be reasonable for head coach to want his own quarterback.

It would not surprise me if the Cincinnati Bengals draft a quarterback in the first round. If the team trades AJ McCarron and gets another 2nd and 3rd rounder, then I could see them drafting the guard Hernandez and a couple offensive players in rounds 2 and 3.

The team will still need a free agent O-line player. I would support Quenton Nelson in round one as a pick.

The team desperately needs another linebacker and probably a new safety and they also need another tight end. A lot of holes to fix on this team.

he might be able to coach the guy up. McGlinchey i also really like in the first but has problems with speed rushers.

For sure, i blame PA. Doesn't teach technique well and passive Zone Blocking does not help these guys out.

Yep, have to watch the film on these guys to know what you really have. Can only put so much stock in the Combine.

But Conner Williams is extremely talented and the Combine like i said will tell with him. If he isn't at the Combine he is
off my radar in the first. I would take McGlinchey over him if we go OT. Without question Quentin Nelson if we go Guard.

Judging by this report, he does appear to not only have the right physical makeup for the position, but solid fundamentals when it comes to technique, as well.

I'm going to have to eat my words on this one, and agree that he is right to skip the bowl game to focus on the offseason.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Yeah we will see with him but if he is healthy come the combine he is a very good OT prospect.

His only problem is he is heavy footed, but so is Orlando Brown.
