So this answers the Westerman question to a degree.  They see him as a LG, and therefore stuck behind Boling...

Bengals.com doesn't seem to have any insight.  If anything seemed surprised by Billings and Core being inactive.

It also mentions Westerman an Redmond will most likely rotate.
