If you could make some changes to Marvin Lewis the next two seasons, what would you change. List in order of importance.

1. Aggressiveness
2. Less micromanagement during games
3. Play the younger players more compared to mediocre vets
4. Better usage of timeouts
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

1. Amputate hands so that when he claps next year he will look more like a seal...it will be far more humorus.

2. I want Marvins to have a lobotomy and have a brain implant installed that only allows him to draft future hall of famers in the first 2 rounds of each years draft.

1. Change him into a super hot chick because im a dude and thats what we do.
2. Raise her IQ by atleast 50 points
3. Make her passionate and get rid of that luke warm attitude
4. Lower her age by atleast 20 years
5. Have her donate 95% of her salary to make a wish until she wins a playoff game
6. Twerk on the sidelines everytime we score a Touchdown
7. Lastly and most importantly f*ck Mike Brown to death so we can move forward

time management
Time out Management
Player Management
Assistant coach management
Show up for the 2nd half of a game
Win a playoff)Beat the Steelers at least once a year. (would go for both times but asking too much)
Recognize when you have made a bad pick in the draft Don;t Keep them around if they are not producing just because they were taken inthe 1st round.
Try and keep some of the old guys that are still playing and get rid of the ones that are not.
Find a Quarter back that can take us to the next level.
make season tickets cheaper until the team wins a superbowl
The hot chick idea is a good one that way if the game goes south they could put her on the jumbotron

Last when it is 3rd and 8 Throw the ball 8 yards not 6.

Lots of things but my top two
1. Arrogance
2. Refusal to play the best players because they're younger, opting for aging declined vets instead.

1: His employment status as head coach.

2: Get him to grow a pair. Conservative ball with a lead has led to several crushing defeats. Go for the jugular fool!

3: Learn how to make adjustments during halftime.

4: Lobby for an aggressive DC who will rush the QB and allow the CB’s to play to their man coverage strength.

5: Play and evaluate the young guys instead of benching them for 3 years of their rookie deal, watching them play well in the 4th year, then watching them walk.
Through 2023

Mike Brown’s Owner/GM record: 32 years  223-303-4  .419 winning pct.
Playoff Record:  5-9, .357 winning pct.
Zac Taylor coaching record, reg. season:  37-44-1. .455 winning pct.
Playoff Record: 5-2, .714 winning pct.

He unarguably had that longer than most head coaches get (5 or 6 years). Arguably, he had that another 4-5 years.

But a decade of non-winning cost him any sort of currency he was owed with the common folk.

That support, imo, is exactly equal to the results he delivers those fans.
