Marion Humphrey was arrested on a robbery charge when he tried to steal a phone charger from an Uber driver!
I guess he's just trying to fit into the Ravens culture and starting slow with stealing things like phone charges and eventually plans on progressing into the worse things and following their icons' footsteps with things like murder and beating women.
But you have to give the kid credit for picking up on their culture this quick!
Quote:Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey was arrested and charged with third degree robbery early Thursday morning, according to the Tuscaloosa (Ala.) County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest stems from an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 13, in which Humphrey was initially arrested by the University of Alabama Police Department on suspicion of harassment and theft of a phone charger estimated to be worth $15, according to the police report obtained by USA TODAY Sports. The report details Humphrey as allegedly taking an Uber driver's phone charger and elbowing the driver when he attempted to recover the charger.
The Ravens said in a response statement: "Marlon told us that it was a misunderstanding regarding a $15 telephone charger, which he thought was his. Our understanding is that he has been interviewed by University of Alabama Police and is cooperating. We are monitoring the situation."
In the state of Alabama, a third degree robbery is considered a Class C felony.
The former Alabama player was booked in Tuscaloosa County Jail on $2,500 bond.
Humphrey, 21, was the No. 16 overall pick by the Ravens in the 2017 NFL draft. He played in all 16 games, starting five and recording 34 tackles and two interceptions.
At Alabama, he was a first-team All-American selection in 2016.
