Mo Hurst: Why he fell in the draft

Many fans wondered why Mo Hurst dropped in the draft.  There are conflicting reports.  Some believe he has a heart condition that is serious.  IF he plays football it could stress out his heart and it could be lethal.  He has irregular EKG which could be anything.  But I can tell you this from personal experience, EKG rarely shows up irregular unless something heart related is happening at the time of the EKG.  Meaning, if a person has irregular heart condition, or heart trouble it will show.  I don't know enough about his condition, nor do i think anyone knows due to confidentiality.  However, I hope the kid is okay playing football.

Word was he was basically year to year. Had to Have a test done each year. Tough to spend on a pick on a guy you may only get a year.

They were talking during the draft that more than half of the teams had completely taken him off their board. It's potentially a worse condition then many teams were willing to gamble on.
