Little video clip from the Bengals replacement players. Anyone remember the games or actually went to the games? Pretty crazy it came to this for the owners and players to be that stubborn.

I was there. They had a one page roster/program you could buy for a buck. I still have it.

It's funny watching Bengals fans get so excited about watching fourth-tier players play football seeing as they were about to sit through over a decade of watching bums in stripes.

There were a lot of NFL players making less than $100K in 1987.

Jim Kelly was the only players making over 1 million and the average salary was only $200K.

So a lot of these guys going on strike did not have big piles of money laying around. In fact many of them were close to broke.
