Carl Lawson listed as the 3rd string DE on the first depth chart Lol. Didn't wanna hurt Michael Johnsons feelings I guess.

The article mentioned that it's just a formality, and that is depth for the base defense. In passing situations, Lawson is the edge starter. If this is still an issue in the 3rd and 4th preseason games then I’ll start worrying I didn't see any bad snaps today and people that were there the entire time said that they didn't, either. The line did look like shit, though. There were plays (almost every play) where the ball would be snapped and the defensive linemen were in the backfield so quick that I was just thinking "did they even try to block anyone?" Billy Price sounded confident and stayed after to talk to me and get a selfie. He seemed interested (or did a good job pretending) when I explained how it was my childhood dream to play for Ohio State before I hit a tree.

Sirus XM training camp stop
It's Jeff Rickard and Solomon Wilcots They really like the the young guys on the defensive line. They say it gives the older guys newfound energy. They expect the offensive line to be better Solomon really likes Preston Brown.

You did say that we shouldn't count out Hart at RT, I remember reading that. I've also mentioned a time or two that I don't feel like our starting RT is even on the Bengals roster, yet. Wait a minute, isn't everyone happy that Ogb and Fisher AREN'T in the starting lineup?
I'm fairly pleased under the assumption that Hopkins and Hart can't be any worse than last year... right?

AJ & Andy-seem really confident in the offense.
Want to carry the momentum from the end of last season. Offense feels fresh and New; Brings a different enery to the team. Offensive line- Andy says they see a lot of improvement in on offensive line. Bill Lazor & Pollack will go after you a bit Solomon & Jeff- Andy Dalton can be the best QB ever for Bengals.
08-06-2018, 08:34 PM
Solomon Wilcots- felt the organization looked at how the team played at the end of the season and wanted to keep the team together.
08-06-2018, 08:47 PM
Bill lazor- took over a talented offense but an offense without confidence
Tyler Eifert- Back feels good Already feels like he is mentally back. Offense is easier to him Need to get back to peak form on offense Last two games of last year ahows the pride this team has.

Wilcots- Eifert looks really good looks like he is I. Pro bowl shape.
Fast and works well in space is key to Eiferts success.

Marvin Lewis
Pollack- hands on coach Hubbard- Marvin seams to be in love with this kid. Ohio State kids really mature. Bill- has a good feel for what he wants to do. Understands the players strengths Geno- Best shape of his life. Really likes the skill player on offense. High on the defensive line William Jackson- so talented needs to play with in Techninque all the time. Can't get bored Jessie Bates- he will be on the field early On new tackle rule- tackle foot to shoulder. Wrap up with arms. Andy Dalton- use to crictism, makes his teammates better, needs to be vocal AJ -Leadership is easy for him Core group( Geno, AJ, Andy , Carlos) cool to see grow

Joe mix
Great shape Lots of talent in the skills Really like pollack Sign every autograph he could at the end of practice.

Carlos Dunlap
Austin- aggressive coach Lack of success on players not coaches Communication key to changes in adapting to new system New guys will have bigger role on Dline Making progress on contract; focused on his play not contact. Fortunate to play and grow up with Geno

George Iloka
Still not sure about the rule. Won't lead with head; won't change the way he plays. Really frustrated with rule. Says Bengals can win the Superbowl. High on Austin Marvin wants the team to play hard all the time no matter what.

Cordy Glenn
Running game sets up the rest of the game Likes skyline Getting traded is like getting drafted Offense success starts with oline.

What I got from the show
Pollack reminds me of Zimmer from 08 Oline will take a while to get Hubbard and Bates will be key players in rookie year Defensive Line is deep Andy Underrated Explosive weapons on offense Mixion will have huge year Not a lot of talk about the linebackers. Although Solomon thinks Brown is real deal.
