It eventually gave way to rain, but for a few hours it was non-stop entertainment in the southern sky here.. Feel free to ignore the audio portion, just me rattling on for the Mrs's benefit..she's out of town in 'Norlins somewhere near Bourbon Street . The camera didn't pick up most of the lighting bolts visually ,but they were there, some miles across. From our house it looked like it was a few blocks away ,but it was quite a ways off. Twas clear sky directly above me at the time. I probably missed the best lighting bolts for the camera, but oh well.. Enjoy. Click on the full screen button for the best effec ..
