Like it or not...rebuilding started this past offseason

They definitely need to sign 2-3 quality free agents as the draft alone won't cut it.

But yes...if we can upgrade about 3-4 positions that graded out as Poor this year up to even Average we improve immensely. Those upgrades won't come all through the draft.

Our LB's outside of Burfict need upgrades too. Minter is a free agent and was underwhelming. I'm not impressed with Vigil at all and Evans is mediocre.

Over the last 3 years or so rebuilding started with losing Sanu, Jones, Nelson, Smith, Hall, Whitworth, and Zeitler. That is a pretty good group of players. The guys that we replaced them with have generally not played up to their level...other than Boyd this year.

Losing 7 good to great players and replacing 1 with equal value is a recipe for getting much worse.
