Sometimes the of the most difficult decisions a family has to make is to find one of their loved ones mentally incompetent - for their own good of course, to protect them from themselves and society around them.

How about the Brown youngsters conspire to have the Probate Court find the ole curmudgeon mentally incompetent? They can then get a durable Power of Attorney to take over all decision-making.

There is so much evidence on their side (e.g. examples of incompetence) it should be a very ease call for the courts.
