Where were you on 9/11?

I was 8 years old in elementary school. I remember around 10 they rushed us to the cafeteria to feed us then tried to rush us to the buses. I knew something was wrong. I asked the one attendant what was wrong and she said "America's in trouble". I was 8 years old hearing that America was in trouble, I didn't know what that meant or how to react.
