Evidently Kraft wants a jury trial and for all the video evidence tossed out of court. https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/26/sports/robert-kraft-arraignment-jury-trial.html

It's a risky way to deal with things because if the judge refuses to toss out evidence and the jury decides they don't like the guy he could land himself in the klink for the maximum sentence. Since I don't like the guy nor his team I'm kind of hoping they really slam him. Though it's unlikely he could end up doing hard time in Florida..not exactly where you want to spend time behind bars even if it's not as bad as Alabama.
