thoughts on linebackers is the Devin white vs Devin bush size wise they are basically the same person with bush being 1 inch shorter but weight arms hands are all basically the same. I expect to bush to really shine in the 40 and drills. Don't be shocked when bush becomes a top 20 guy.

Rennell Wren may be making a push as a NT/1-tech, 6'5 318 pounds, 10" hands, and 34" arms. He impresses on tape as a guy creates chaos and is a solid 3rd round pick.

Bush has been my fall back if White is gone for a while now. His size issues are over blown I think and I believe he may be a better athlete than White. I think we may be able to move back a couple picks and get him if a QB is on the board but either way I feel like we are in a good position for a LB if we want one.

If we end up with Bush I'd still be real happy.

Irv Smith has looked really good. If he slips into the 2nd I am 100% comfortable with him being a long term and productive starter for us.

Watching this TE group makes me glad that this is the year we need one or 2.
Eifert was considered one of the most athletic TEs to come out recently. His combine numbers:
Size: 6'5"/250
Arms: 33 1/8
Hands: 9 1/8
Bench: 22
40: 4.68
Broad: 119
Vert: 35.5
3-Cone: 6.92
S.S: 4.32
L.S: 11.92

My sleeper TE (Knox) has looked good today. Too bad he couldn't run.

Give me Irv Smith in the 2nd and Dawson Knox in the 5th or 6th and I’m feeling good.

Tyree Jackson runs a 4.59 at 6'7"/249 and he seems like a great kid. By comparison Cam Newton ran the same time at 6'5" 248
If we could get him for a mid-rounder and let him work a year with some real QB coaches. I think we might have a steal

Interestingly success of QBs that tall is almost as limited as success of sub 6 ft QBs. The issue is their throwing motions tend to be elongated. Jackson has been trying to shorten his motion but my main concern is he lacks touch. He mainly throws heaters either 5 yards away or 50. I think Tampa with Arians would be a great place for him with Leftwich as his OC who has a similar throwing motion and with their love of the deep shot plays.

Parris Campbell as had about as good a day as you can running a 4.31 and looking smooth in the receiving drills. Harry getting his time into the 4.5’s solidifies him as probably a top 15-20 pick. Hakeem Butler is a physical freak but his ability to catch is not up to par yet. As a early day 3 project he could become something.

Metcalf ran a 4.33 at 6’3 and 230 chiseled. Wow.

Metcalf is going to go top ten. WR's overall probably beating expectations there.

The WR class as a whole is pretty good. I think we could get a really good one in the third round because thisdraft is so good defensively.

Can you pass on him at 11?
Reminds me of TO.

He needs work as a route runner. I’d rather wait until the 2nd or 3rd for a WR lots of really good cuts available on day 2

I guess it depends on how many of the needs/holes they fill in free agency.. It would be nice to see them in a position to be able to take a tremendous talent at the top of the draft, regardless of the position.
With all of the sweeping changes in the organization thus far, part of me wants to believe that the team will be genuine players in free agency this year.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
