So far the Bengals haven’t not been mentioned with any free agents. The big names are being gobbled up fast. Fml

O-Line - I looked over the list of Tackles and Guards and it is very thin. The guys that are there, will likely be overpaid due to supply being low and demand being high. (Many teams need lineman.)

LB - There is a larger supply of LB's out there. They cost less than offensive lineman.

Not looking likely.   Kwon alexander getting almost 14 mil a year. Hicks and mosely should be setting that as their floor at this point.  Time to look into the tackles.

For the lb position its looking better for a trade. Redskins looking to move zach brown and jets want to move darron lee. That looks like best avenue to upgrade lb at this point.

The other thing Free Agency does, even if you are dipping into the mid tier guys - it shows the fans you are trying to improve and not just relying on the draft as your source. It would have been nice to see us go after Mosley or KJ Wright to set a new tone so to speak. But it will not happen.

Get extra 6th rounders, draft, get extra 6th rounders...rinse and repeat.

Meanwhile Pats look like they already have 2 3 rd comp picks for NEXT year as well after losing Flowers and Brown. Rich get richer

Yikes. Alexander was really overrated.

But, teams have a ton of cap space and will spend it.

Darron Lee has been a bit of a disappointment, for a 1st round pick, has yet to play all 16 games.  But, he's had some games where he dominated.  this past season he had 3 INTs and 5 PDs.  We could use that in our lineup. And, with two years left on his rookie deal, he wouldn't break the bank.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

It might be time for the
Bengals to look for a new philosophy. This one has not worked foralmost 30 years
