Will be fun to see everyone on this board explode if that happens.

If you buy into the trade chart we could jump them for pick 210 (late 6th) and move from 125 to 120. Well worth it IMO

Although by the chart the 2nd 6th rounder we gave to move from 110 to104 was an overpay as the early 6th made for an even trade.

Trying to piece together his timeline. First year in college was at Boise State, redshirted in 2013, backup in 2014, was out 2015 season with an injury and transferred to NC State when Rypien won the QB job.

Had a 24-13 record at NC State. Saw his NFL comparison to Ryan Tannehill on a couple sites.

You know how much Balt likes those Alabama LBers. Almost a guarantee. Same with Pitt. It's gonna sting no doubt.

Pitt needs a lot of things like a TE so don't see them taking second LB to play inside with Bush

But never know

They are both in front of us though

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

They did already use 3 picks to take Bush. Would imagine them trying to fill another need there. Baltimore wouldn’t surprise me though

Alabama LB Miller goes ahead of Wilson...

Surprised, not surprised

Somebody on here (I think Au?) said he knew a guy who said there was some undisclosed issue causing teams to move him down or take him off their board. Take it with a grain of salt, obviously, but it sure looks like it at this point.

Guard - appears to be a couple of good options

LB - as of now Mack Wilson still available

CB?

CB or RB

I was intrigued by that RB the Ravens took. Sounds like a burner.

I asked my Bama buddy why Wilson hasn’t been drafted, he said “because he sucks”. He was a bigger fan of Miller who was just taken.

I live in Raleigh and have watched Jones and Finley play.

Last year- when Finley had a better team- there was talk that Finley would be a first rounder.

The kid is a really good QB and getting him in the fourth is a true steal.

Not much, if any , difference between Jones and Finley.

This is what I know, the broadcast sites at ESPN, NFLN and ABC would have hyped the Mack Wilson pick early in round 2 or lte round 1 as a great pick. They use these rankings and act like they are flawless. They are far from it.

Cleveland has a pick in front of us too.
Every other team in our division picks right before us. Interested to see what they do.

I said yesterday before draft my source said some teams had taken him off their board for a character issue. He didn’t elaborate but said it pissed some teams off.

I agree, I would love to have had a burner at RB to go with Bernard and Mixon

I really thought Mack was our target moving up. Not sure how I feel about Finley yet, haven't watched him play. Liked Stidham instead but everything I've read about Finley seems promising. Didn't care for any of the top QB's but have to wonder why they didn't just take Lock instead of the TE, or even Finley at that point. But like someone just said they probably would have taken Sample here in the 4th anyway so it's pretty much a moot point.

I am curious why Mack is sliding like he is. Overhyped since he played for Alabama? Injured, red flags???? What gives.

Wouldn't mind Gerald Willis with our next pick.

I really like DT Chris Slayton from Syracuse as well
