Almost makes me miss Blake. He had some nice touch on some of those passes.

The only legit QB we had in the 90's (unless you count a few games of Boomer).

He's remembered for the deep throws, but he wasn't bad on the short/intermediate throws either.

With a better defense, he could've led us to the playoffs a couple times.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

his first career start 1994 vs. Cowboys was the first Bengals game I attended. I was 14 and we scored on two bombs to take a 14-0 lead and I was having a blast. We lost, like we did most of the 90's but he was fun to watch hooking up with Scott and Pickens. I agree with Shake n Blake...with a D we could have had some good years with him
