Bengals played a good hard 1st half. A punt fumble and a stupid Old Day play by Kirkpatrick. Still, a good hard 1st half in Seattle.
Now Old Day would forget you have to play a second half. Hoping NEW DEY knows there is still a second half to get after.

What a great half of football. A few mistakes, but the team and coaches have bounced back well.
1st Half "Grades"
Defense: A+ (Great job slowing down Russel Wilson and the Seahawks offense. The dumb penalty hurt on the last TD drive)
Offense: A- (definitely picked up the their game in Q2)
Special Teams: A+ (we might actually have one of the best Specialist units in the NFL)

I have to say I'm impressed with both Offense and Defense. A couple boneheaded plays here and there, but nothing like that poop show last year

Ross has over 100 yards and couldve had way more. He could be huge if he keeps getting more confident and catches more passes.

John Ross is the Sour Patch kids candy. Sour/Sweet. He will tackled Mixon on a TD run then catch a 75 yarder to win the game.

Bengals are looking great when they aren't shooting themselves in the foot.

He would have never played after missing most of preseason...forget benching him after a drop..

I agree somewhat with the offense grade. But I give them a B over all due to rushing 5 attempts for 9 yards. At some point the Bengals are going to have to be able to run the ball. And C on special teams, Erickson fumble and that punt they should have downed close top the 1.

Why? Andy’s playing great. It’s only in your mind that people are unfairly critical of him no matter what.

special teams cannot be an A+ when the Erickson fumbled on a punt return and they committed 2 penalties on the same play

Baker Mayfield and OBJ are a recipe for an explosion, they're going 8-8. Baker has an attitude problem.
