If I were casting a cartoon and needed a voice actor to play "annoying know-it-all-know-nothing" I'd call up Fouts.  He's the closest we will ever get to Louie Anderson being in the booth.

That defender was draped over Tate, but I can't help but feel Dalton was throwing to get a flag on that one rather than actually trying to make a play.

The Bills have a terrific pass defense. It’s going to be up to the offensive line to run block well because Buffalo is shutting down the Bengal receivers. This is a recipe for lots of picks and Andy Dalton knows it.
