Trade deadline Trade Ideas Thread

By the way, Darren Lee who people wanted us to trade for in the offseason at LB...is terrible. Graded 31.6 by PFF. He has 12 tackles so he's playing snaps.

Don't be ridiculous.

Chiefs would never do this while Ross is out with injury.

Trade Eifert for a 4th or 5th round pick if anyone would take it. That's about as good as anyone could hope for. His injury history mixed with his lack of production since 2015 have really diminished his value.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

I'd say that 80% of franchise's would have a realistic chance at Ramsey IF they were willing to pay the price. It's just due to our prolonged losing for 28+ years and other circumstances, I couldn't see him happy here.

Ramsey is a talent and would be awesome on a team like the Patriots or 49ers...or a bunch of other teams.

I don't know that we have the leadership to keep him in line here.

AJ would keep him in line lol

Trade 4:

Bengals Receive:
Jalen Ramsey
$198 Million Dollars (paid in rolls of pennies)

Jaguars Receive:
Dre Kirkpatrick (I feel like I traded him already in another proposal, but I didn't)
7th Round pick

The Bengals then let Ramsey walk in free agency...and get a 4th Round compensatory pick...thus turning Kirkpatrick into $198 million and a 4th Round pick.

The Bengals, under the guise of creating a practice facility...build a giant Scrooge McDuck moneybin and fill it with pennies.

I dont like our chances of replacing the players you’re throwing away—sorry, trading away—in the draft.

This is a much better idea. Wouldn’t want to lose Dunlap, but trading him for a linebacker sounds like a way to upgrade our defense as a whole.

Overall, there probably aren’t any significant trades we can pursue. Gonna be a long wait for the offseason.

I was curious so I did the quick math.

$198m in pennies would weigh roughly 109 million pounds or just under 54,512 TONS.

Yes he is. Can we use him, sure but I wouldn’t be surprised if half the players on this team didn’t want the guy.
