I note it doesn't mention Redzone.
Bengals got 1st and Goal against the Ravens (or was it the Cardinals? It's all blurring together) and took Eifert off the field. A guy who's known to be a redzone TD specialist and got taken off the field with goal to go, and never came back on for that series. They didn't score a TD.

Yeah, but he only played in 4 games in 2018.
EDIT: And even with such poor stats for this season, he's got 4 times the yards and 4 times the catches as 2nd round pick Sample.

Not sure what the point is supposed to be, but it does not make a lot of sense to compare totals from 7 games this year to 4 games last year.
Last year Eifert averaged almost 3 times as many yards per game (44.8) as he is this year (16.9).

I think replay. They play the game back and do it then.

The two seasons really can't be compared.
Ignore the fact that it was a different scheme, last year Green was on the field drawing coverage, with a different oline and an effective run game.
Those things can very much change the way you call things

Statisticians do it in real time, but I do think there are others reviewing the play on a delay to verify things are correct.
Within an hour of a game ending you can download the Game Book from the NFL and get all of the final stats and play by play results.
And you can always chart games yourself. It's really easy to do. I used to chart offensive personnel groupings for run/pass tendencies.
Prior to changing industries in 2012, I worked nights and Sunday Ticket would always run condensed versions of every game overnight on Sunday. It literally only showed snap to whistle, repeat. I eventually got into the habit of recording the condensed Bengals game, and our next two opponents. I would then chart all 3 games Monday morning in about an hours time. This gave me two weeks of scouting the opposition prior to game day. It is surprising how much that can reveal of what will happen next in a game.

Despite Eifert's limited number of targets Boyd is the only player with more first down catches in third down situations.

Taylors reluctance to use Eifert is truly baffling.
This is league where TEs have replaced RBs in the importance
In a offense.
Especially when you consider this offense is the leagues worst
Maybe ZT isn't this offensive Edison we thought he was.
I seen Eifert get no targets in the 1st half than all of a sudden
He's featured in the 2nd half
That really makes zero sense to me.
Eifert is a guy I would target on 1st down. Something as simple as a 5 yd catch makes 2nd down so much more manageable.
Showcasing Eifert after zero targets just tells the defense who is getting more involved. The defense adjusts and effectively can bracket Eifert much like AJ.

All of nfl fans know for real we do not stand a chance against the rams.they are going to kill us.I do not expect a point against them and Dalton will get sacked 5 times. someone please put Dalton on the bench, but it will not happen. Its just terrible to support the worse team in all of sports with no say so about anything. The best advice I can give anyone that reads this,is stay home and do not attend any games until they change the qb and the guy calling the plays. This group of players are just not good enough and it so shows. How come everytime I watch a game on the tube, everyone on the other teams are bigger, stronger, faster and just plain better coached than these horrible players. We need so many new and better players, its going to take a couple years to even compete. :paul: :paul: :paul: :paul: :paul:

This is off topic...but why do you use spaces between words but not between punctuation and words?

They didn't win and we don't beleive

It s because we have Drew Sample! the greatest "run blocking TE " in the NFL!

Would you consider being the Bengals offensive coordinator?
