Why does Tate always delay 2 full seconds before making a move? Christ. There is nobody else out there to return kicks? He plays like 4 plays a game tops and he won't just run straight ahead.

I've heard Shaw's name multiple times over the last 4 games. Always associated with a flag, never with making a play. I know he's a rookie, but he needs to shape up quick before he ruins a big play on STs.
