I think Zac should step down from calling plays, whether that means Callahan does or we hire someone else, so be it. I'm fine with giving Lou another season to see if he can continue to improve the defense.

I did and still do. The coaching staff was essentially rookies at all the major positions. You don't get rid of rookie players after 1 bad season and the same should go for coaches as well.
