Yes! Yes! Yes! Was worried they would have to bring him back after missing out on the top FA’s. Looks like we’ll be taking a couple LB’s in the draft.

Still some good vets for depth out there, like Ogletree.

Better than nothing/Vigil and I didn’t say as a starter.

Thank god. I wont have to watch him getting juked
In the open field anymore or getting roasted by a TE

I am a little surprised by that must mean we're getting Ogletree.

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!

Yep but he has good + ball skills at least. We need to draft a LB or trade for one.

I'm hoping for Josh Bynes or Nigel Bradham. Or both at this point with another linebacker in the draft.

At this point, the people you sign aren't very good or have HUGE holes in their game.  I really don't understand what we're doing at LB. Does anyone know? What's our plan?  If your plan is "We're gonna draft our starting LB's in the 2nd and 3rd round of the draft," it doesn't sound like a very good plan.

I’ll take a 7 year NFL vet that averages 96 tackles a year (only 4 games played in one of those) over a scrub that couldn’t make a PS.

Vigil was another way over drafted player like Sample.

Someone has asked why we were not signing our own players- because they were incredibly bad last year.

Honestly think/hope someone or several in management are waking up to reality.

In the past we have signed average to poor players because it was the easy way.

This is not a loss.

Well I guess we are taking 3 or 4 LBers in the draft after Burrow?

I don’t know who his replacement is but I’m glad to see them go in another direction. Vigil is an ok backup player.

There goes another fan forum whipping boy. Nick must be thrilled to go play for a real NFL defense and good DC.

Good luck Nick,

I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.
