Hmm, actually other than Sample, the last 4 years the Bengals drafted pretty good in the 2nd round.
Before that though a run of questionable to bad like Devon Still, Margus Hunt, Jeremy Hill, Jake Fisher... Man that 2015 Draft was a complete disaster.
