They may seem content to build the OL on hope. I don't get their approach to the OLine but I haven't for a couple years. 48 sacks last year and a rookie QB that they can't let get beat to a pulp in his first year.

I think the Raiders are going to run a 1 QB/3 OL/6 WR/1 RB offense.
Just constantly rotate which WRs are eligible and ineligible every down and hope the opposing defense can't keep up with who is and isn't that play. ____________________________________________________________

They are adding a 1st rd left tackle, and a new tackle on the right side as well. We have a good center. Plus we picked up a guard or 2 along the way didn't we?

Williams and Hopkins are the only ones who should've been penciled in as starters, but Turner loves Hart and Jordan so it seems like they're going to start. XSF shouldn't be a starter, but I guess they only watched his tape from last season and no other season.

I suspect their plan is Sample will be getting more snaps and doing more blocking. OL likely is
LT - Williams LG - Jordan C - Hopkins RG - Filo RT - Johnson TE - Sample Single back and 3 WR.

I wanted Cushenberry to fall to the Bengals at the top of the fourth.
He could have played Guard and take over for Trey when he leaves or retires at Center if Price doesn't get it together.

How many of those were given up by the 4 different guys we started at LT though? They’re obviously banking on Jonah and XSF improving the OL.

A rookie LT and the new RT if he beats out Hart is a guy we picked up on waivers in the middle of the season. Might work out. Didn't last year and they can't let Burrow get beat up.

It needs help. ____________________________________________________________

We actually had a bigger need at LB than Line.. especially now that are going to a 3/4... I wanted to wait on WR but we did pick one of the ones that fit us well especially if AJ is gone after this year.... Excellent pick with Wilson in the 3rd... |
