You guys are proving the point of Higgins though. Even if he’s only good with a good QB that’s gonna give him balls he can make plays on then he will succeed. Well guess what QB we have that made a living out of that last year JOE BURROW. It’s a perfect fit

I think they're saying the opposite.  They're saying Higgens make bad QBs look good.  Imagine how good he can be with a good QB.
