12 of the 14 ESPN experts are taking the Bengals to win. Around these parts I'm sure that qualifies as "no one picking us to win" though.

I'd rather nobody pick us to win. They're just hedging their bets to shit on Cincy if they lose.

Nothing those tools like more than to shit all over Cincinnati.
Our father, who art in Hell
Unhallowed, be thy name
Cursed be thy sons and daughters
Of our nemesis who are to blame
Thy kingdom come, Nema

They're not picking Cincy "just so they can shit on Cincy". The talking heads don't even care about Cincy, they don't have any personal investment in the performance of the Bengals. Meh.

No no, I'm on board with his thinking.  When no one takes us to win it's because they hate us.  When most, or even all of them take us to win it means they hate us and want us to lose so they can "shit on us."  When exactly half of them take us to win it means they hate the Bengals through sheer neutrality.

No matter how many analysts pick the Bengals to win we can conclude they are doing so out of nothing more than pure contempt for the Bengals, duh! Ninja

I've been in a pick em league for at least 10 years. I get frustrated when it's the same team letting me down every week. If I pick them they lose, if I pick against them they win. I don't necessarily fault the 'experts'. A championship team proves doubters wrong and supporters right. It's the Bengals job to do both.

I hate to drop this bomb on anyone but as crazy as it sounds, the Bengals might be good.

The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

I believe in 88 we were 6-0 before we lost. This team feels like that 88 team. Built very similar.

The 2005 team was just different.

Yes they do, talking points for how good Seattle is with Kam back or how bad/good the Bengals are

Just need to be right

So we don't yet know the status of either Marshawn Lynch, nor Fred Jackson to play in this game.  I'll tell you they're going to have a problem here if neither one play on Sunday.  But maybe both play, who knows at this point?

All I know is that everyone hates us and we are ranked 32nd in all the power rankings, but that's good because it makes us sneaky.

Yep, if both don't play, that bodes VERY well in our favor. Hell, even Marshawn not playing, definitely helps. Playing or not, he won't be 100%.

They have no line.

If we can jump out ahead early and then just run the ball to milk the clock, we win easy because there's no way for Wilson to throw the ball enough to play catch-up.

That gets me all warm-n-fuzzy inside!

It's awesome to be THIS pumped about the team and the season!  I'm not even looking ahead, though, because I'm just enjoying the ride!
