***Week 1 GameDay Thread - Chargers @ Bengals***
No blocking at all so far. None. If they dont get that fixed, it will be another long season. 3 or 4 players in our backfield every offensive snap without much hesitation. No QB or RB can overcome that alone.

Burrow is looking shell shocked right now.. this is not College brother

One edge is Bengals have rookie QB. Chargers going with 10 Taylor is not their future.

The Bengals RG sucked ass on that play and sustained his block for under half a second
. Burrow made it worse by dropping back so far. Frankly, everyone busted through, but the RG gave Burrow no chance to make a play.

Same thing at LT...

All those swagger videos of Burrow look awfully silly right now. Wish someone on the Bengals knew how to block. :paul:

The OL looks like straight trash and that’s what you’re going to criticize?

Yup

You know it'll take some time to shake the jitters.

Some of you seem surprised by this. This isn’t college and he’s playing behind a bad OL.
Jonah not looking very good. Maybe get a LT and move him to RT if he doesn’t step up this year. Seems like the great LTs are great from day 1 so I am concerned.

I hope the Bengals enjoyed all the benefits of the doubt they were given over the off season that Michael Jordan, Bobby Hart and XSF actually did look good in training camp and practice and it wasn't just smoke being blown up our asses, cuz those benefits of the doubt are gone.

It took less than a quarter.

Take your shirt off and run the 40. We’ll let you know when you post the video.

You must be mistaken. Joe Burrow is Joe Cool. He doesn't get scared, he doesn't get nervous. He elevates all players around him. He has IT.

Penei Sewell LT for Oregon has opted out of this season but was already expected to be a top 3 pick

He has a gunslinger mentality that there is always a play to be made.
