***Week 3 GameDay Thread - Bengals @ Eagles***

D gave up two touchdowns in under a minute both halves. That is not good.

Mixon can’t do shit if the line is using the look out blocking technique. This line is just awful. The lost decade awful.

Bengals almost 3x as many ties than any other team in the NFL.

Well....prob the right call to make, but a chicken shit call to make too.  I mean he hits it they win, he missed and it likely gives Fat Randy a chance to redeem himself.

Watch how they run and pass with ease.

We gotta attack this problem from a new angle. If we can play solid, bungle football for 5 years, losing every game, we can stymie all the other teams that need them. It’s what smart GMs do.
If you see something suspicious, say something suspicious.

And, since that time someone had shared the statistics... Bullock has out-performed Elliott in literally every kicking statistic over the last 3 years, and I think he's now the most accurate field goal kicker in Bengals franchise history

Time to support the team that we have

The issue is wasting a draft pick on the first kicker drafted. The team has endless weaknesses. Burning pucks in kickers instead of drafting position players is stupid if you’re not going to keep the kicker.
Through 2023

Mike Brown’s Owner/GM record: 32 years  223-303-4  .419 winning pct.
Playoff Record:  5-9, .357 winning pct.
Zac Taylor coaching record, reg. season:  37-44-1. .455 winning pct.
Playoff Record: 5-2, .714 winning pct.

Almost upsetting that it was a tie considering you know for fact that Taylor will use it as a positive to "build off of". Don't even need to wait for that clown's presser.

"We did some good things", "Line pressure and 8 sacks is overblown", "Defense held their own in the second half, got it together, gave us a chance", "Obviously you want a win but a tie is better than a loss"

The D played well at times...like complete shit at other times.

2008 all over again. I wonder if Wentz is aware NFL games can end in a tie....

Eagles coaching might be worse than ours. Not kicking it was so mind bogglingly stupid.

I’m going to rewatch the game and count the percentage of plays Mixon has contact in the backfield. I honestly think it will be over 50%.
