Reader expected to be gone for season
#1
According to Mike Garafalo, Reader suffered a quad injury and will be out the rest of the season.

Bengals luck with free agents suck

All hopes turn to next year

I've never seen a single position decimated like this before. It's unbelievable.
Everything in this post is my fault.

I had a bad feeling when he got carted off... SMH. Oh well, good time for reps for the youngsters. You get Geno back, you lose Reader.... it's almost funny at this point.

The tight end group a couple of years ago was hit worse.

Really? We see this EVERY STINKING SEASON. We always have a position group (and usually a key one) wiped out by injuries.

And the hits keep coming. Now the FO has their excuse for keeping ZT for another year.

I thought the same thing all the way back when they lost Waynes.

Other than Bates, he's been our best player.

Sad news.

Time to play tank commander now.
Maybe we need to 'evaluate' Finley for a couple games.

All the big outside guys brought in via FA getting hurt.
Waynes
XSF
Daniels
Alexander
Now Reader

That along with underperforming Green and an injured Atkins might make this a more frustrating year than last year.
At least we won't have to worry about the team going winless...?
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

The only addition FA that I saw that was a quick improvement. FFS.

Tank for Trevor.

Fail For Fields.

Swoon for Sewell.

So much for the hope of him and Geno making a formidable tandem
