I wonder if the national media is busy raking the Dolphins over the coals for passing on Sewell to draft Waddle…

Not sure if the media is doing anything but their head coach sure is:

He isn't happy with the unit and is making changes to it. Wish the coaching staff here had that vision and desire.

Yeah, I’ve already seen Callahan call out the pass protection, but has Taylor? Not that I know of.

Taylor said the report of Hits on Burrow is overblown and he doesnt even know what a hit is.

Quote:"We know what the conversation always is after a game like that. Nine hits, I don’t know what’s defined as a hit. If a guy puts his hand on his shoulder and barely touches him, is that a hit?" Taylor asked. "We watch the hits. I think it’s just kind of something that people run away with, not necessarily watching exactly how they all happened and what’s defined as a hit. Often times, they just push him on the shoulder and people call it, ‘That’s one of nine hits.’ I don’t even know that he knows that he got touched."

OK, so what is a "hit"? How much contact with the QB makes it a hit?

Hit: Times QBs were hit - occurs when the QB hits the ground after a throw, not marked on a sack play.
