The average drive in the NFL is 2.5 minutes. Steelers need two scores to tie. They need a turnover to win, to be honest. Cincinnati has a >99% chance to win in the current state. Cincinnati can just play the clock and feel comfortable.

Any drive that ends in any points wins. Plus if Pitt needs nine minutes to score then they are out of time.

With a 17 pt deficit, a 9 minute drive that only produces 3 points won't get you back in the game.
