Funny, but their 2021 stats back this meme up.
In order of QB rating: Joe Burrow 53 of 75 70.7% 640 yds 7 TD 4 INT 105.4 rating Baker Mayfield 59 of 80 73.8% 780 yds 2 TD 2 INT 102.1 rating Lamar Jackson 53 of 87 60.9% 761 yds 3 TD 3 INT 86.4 rating Ben Roethlisberger 83 of 130 63.8% 801 yds 3 TD 3 INT 79.0 rating

I hate to say it but he's a lot of fun to watch. The AFCN gas some serious young talent at QB. This is going to be a fun division for the next decade assuming these guys stay healthy.

So does Pitt go with Rudolph or Haskins?

Haskins? I dunno. Both suck.

Baker is a good QB, but not elite. Joe has the potential to be the best of all 4, but right now Jackson is definitely the most dynamic. It's a very good division of QBs though. Except for Ben, of course. He sucks.

Baker only having 3 TD passes through 3 games kind of stands out to me. And one of the games was against the Texans…
That running game really does carry their offense.

Would the Stools really want to put up big numbers for a guy that would be 38 next year, when Ben is stinking the place up and falling off a cliff at 39 this year? I am more apt to believe they try to get someone younger

Right now, but my point is how long until Rodgers falls off a cliff like Ben. They're basically the same age. I could see a 1 yesar deal maybe while they look for someone younger.

Ben is on the Decline... But one should never write him out

The Steelers have some really great young defenders and with the right QB could make a legit SB run. Even if Rogers only has 3-4 really good years left I can't see why a team that's ready to win now but is short a QB wouldn't want Rogers. You can try to argue the Steelers aren't ready now but just look what they did last year with a fat bloated QB that has zero interest in taking care of shelf did. Rogers by comparison may be almost as old but he's taken care of his body and is still at the top of his game. Ben on the other hand is not. He's done.

My guess is that the Steelers may try to get Rodgers if they think they can still win a SB, but either way they'll certainly be looking to start a QB not named Ben Roethslisberger next year.

Our challenge will be with both the Browns and the Rats to stop the ground game - we do that and we have the advantage.
