So Bills fans started donating in $17 increments to a Buffalo-based non-profit that helps the visually impaired.

They're one of the best fan bases in all of sports because they take their frustrations and negative feelings and convert them into good causes like this. It's the most amazing blend of kindness and pettiness ever and I love it.

They are a generous fanbase. I remember when Dalton threw a last minute TD to Boyd to beat the Ravens and put the Bills in the playoffs. They poured money into Andy’s foundation.
